he Power of vulnerability originally came from the idea to make a portrait of two things that I love. People and flowers. I thought that I could combine these two in one perfect portrait. As the image came about, I was struck by the vulnerability of the woman, and the great power of the flowers, as the flowers are able to just be. A flower renews itself and blooms in every greatness as she can. This is when it became clear to me that we as humans must open up, loose our mask and become vulnerable first to become strong. It is then, when we loose our mask, we can renew ourself to become truly who we are, instead of being something we think we are.
